Contract Business (For Manufacturing High Precision Parts)

JASPA Co., Ltd. receives orders for processing and manufacturing aerospace parts as well as other industrial parts on behalf of Manten Project members (approx.130 companies) and administers quality and delivery date for the part.
JASPA is not only processing and manufacturing the parts, but also welcomes to discuss with customers to do a whole work for designing, manufacturing, inspection and test.
JASPA is also ready to collaborate with different group companies for making the best combination of cost, technique and delivery depending on the product.

Inspection, three dimensional precise calibration

JASPA has a large three dimensional calibration equipment and can do calibration of aircraft engine parts and aerospace parts, ship and automobile parts together with quality control assistance.
Our calibration machine can calibrate deviation from the ideal shape by directly reading the three dimensional CAD data such as free carving data from CATIA.
And it also can do reverse engineering to make a shape from the three dimensional data.
Possible Calibration Items : Aircraft Gas Turbine Engine parts, airframe parts, satellite dish, mould, ship screw, etc.

Designing task

JASPA welcomes design order for aviation and space and general industrial parts.
Please consult with us on any design of three dimensional CAD and modification of two dimensional drawing as well as conversion of CAD data.
And if you have any problem on analysis of structure or thermal velocity or even on the new purchase of CAD/CAE/CAM, please contact us.

Management of Exhibition

JASPA supports the exhibition for both domestic and abroad.
The Paris air show and Farnborough air show are one of our major exhibition events.
In 2010, JASPA participated as an exhibitor the Farnborough Air Show.
