More and more mass products at low added value are shifted to China for manufacture while
production of small quantity for many categories at high added value remains in Japan for another manufacturing item.
The item, however requires very strict quality control and high reliability.
In the meanwhile, the Japanese SMEs have high technology for manufacturing.
They have unique skills for development and efficient production method while they lack their resources and good quality management system.
They have been obliged to stay out from the aerospace market and only indirectly involved in the market as a support to big heavy industries.
Manten Project was established to overcome the above weak points of SMEs.
The Manten collect information for the market and supports the mutual receipts of order by group companies and studies on quality control system.
The Manten also coordinates with Industries/Governments/Universities for the benefit of members and make a scheme for a new development of any project.
Manten Project has another objective to create a good coordination system and a scheme between the Companies and Universities to establish a high added value production brand for the Manten.
The above coordination system eventually proceeded to build a legal entity for making good coordinating contracts and quality control programs.
JASPA Co., Ltd. was established to fill such need of coordination.
JASPA Co., Ltd. manages coordination with the members of Manten Project and customers and establishes and implements quality control program.
