“Manten Project” was established in September, 2003 after NASDA (previous organization of JAXA) published a report about the Space Parts by Technical Committee in May, 2002 that the share of domestic companies fell down to 30% for the parts of Japanese manufacturer for rockets and satellites. Manten Project is a consortium who makes the most of SME’s skill to enter the Aerospace which requires severe quality control on part manufacturing. Manten aims to manufacture the parts at one rank up quality to compete in the world market. After consideration for the best management, we reached a conclusion that we should establish a corporate company to manage and promote the activities of Manten project. And several volunteers in the Manten project paid in the shares of the new company.
JASPA Co.,Ltd. manages quality control and guarantees quality of parts manufactured by the Manten Project to become a gateway for project members with the customers.
